1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bot222 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer products, crash games, and any other features made available through the bot222 website ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register an account and use the bot222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bot222 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• Your use of the Platform must be for personal, recreational purposes only and not for any commercial or professional advantage.

Each individual may register only one account on bot222. If bot222 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by device, payment method, IP address, or other means — all duplicate accounts may be suspended, and any balances or bonus credits held therein may be forfeited without prior notice.

bot222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following a period of inactivity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bot222 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bot222 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bot222 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

bot222 operates two-factor authentication features for account security. You are strongly encouraged to enable all available security features on your account. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a security breach will be treated as authorised activity for which you bear responsibility.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bot222 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bot222 reserves the right to conduct additional checks prior to releasing funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• bot222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Any funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for placing bets and wagers. bot222 does not function as a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

bot222 reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or cancel any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, bot222 will endeavour to notify the account holder promptly.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bot222 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to bonus funds are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• bot222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time, including offers already claimed by a player, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

Players who have accepted a bonus and wish to withdraw their real-money balance before meeting the applicable wagering requirement may do so, but any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bot222 Platform. bot222 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and report relevant activity to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are not valid and will be reversed.

• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform by making deposits with no genuine intention to engage in gaming activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bot222, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bot222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict bot222's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
